  • How does your laundry pickup and delivery service work?

    Simply schedule a pickup online, leave your laundry in a secure spot, and we’ll take care of the rest. We pick up your laundry, professionally wash, dry, and fold it, then return it clean and ready to wear within 48 hours.

  • How do I schedule a pickup?

    Scheduling takes less than a minute through our website. Choose your pickup date, leave your laundry in a designated spot, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • What happens if it rains during pickup?

    If rain is expected, we recommend leaving your laundry in a covered location such as a porch, lobby, or concierge desk.

  • Do I need special bags for my laundry?

    No special bag is required. You can place your laundry in any bag for your first pickup. We also offer an extra-large, heavy-duty reusable laundry bag for $8 if you'd like a convenient option for future pickups.

  • How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?

    Simply place your laundry in any bag and leave it in your designated pickup location. Be sure to empty pockets and include any special instructions in the order notes.

  • Do I need to separate my laundry?

    No need to sort your laundry. Our team separates lights, darks, and appropriate fabrics before washing to ensure the best results.

  • Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

    No. Most customers simply leave their laundry in a secure location such as a porch, front desk, or designated pickup area.

  • How long does the service take?

    Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. We offer next-day rush service for an additional $0.50 per pound.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    Yes. Our minimum order for pickup and delivery is $50, which is approximately 20 pounds of laundry.

  • Is pickup and delivery free?

    Pickup and delivery is free within 5 miles of our location. For customers outside this radius, delivery may incur an additional fee depending on distance since we partner with driver services for extended delivery coverage.

  • Can you pick up from apartments or offices?

    Yes. We can pick up from homes, apartments, offices, and most building front desks or concierge locations.

  • Will my laundry be mixed with other customers’ clothes?

    No. Each customer’s laundry is processed separately to ensure cleanliness and prevent mix-ups.

  • What detergents do you use?

    We use commercial-grade detergents designed for effective cleaning. Customers can choose between regular detergent for deep cleaning and a fresh scent, or fragrance-free and dye-free detergent for a gentler option.

  • Can I customize how my laundry is washed?

    Absolutely. You can select your preferred washing settings during checkout. If you have any additional requests, simply add them in the notes section and our team will do their best to accommodate them.

  • What items should not be included in wash and fold?

    Items that require dry cleaning or special care (such as leather, suede, or heavily embellished garments) should not be included with wash and fold orders.

  • Do you offer air-dry or hang-dry service?

    Yes. Please provide hangers with your laundry and leave a comment on which articles of clothing you'd like hang dryed.

  • How is laundry priced?

    Our wash and fold service for pickup and delivery is priced at $2.50 per pound. 

    We also provide customers the ability to schedule recurring weekly or bi-weekly pickups at a 10% off discount. 

  • When am I charged for my order?

    Your order is weighed and your card is charged based on the final weight and any service options selected.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a pickup?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • What happens if an item is lost or damaged?

    While we take great care with every order, occasionally items may be lost or damaged during normal processing. If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and reimbursement may be provided based on the item's fair market value, age, and condition.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

    Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Do you offer commercial laundry services?

    Yes. We offer commercial laundry services for businesses including Airbnb hosts, gyms, salons, medical offices, and more. Contact us for custom pricing.
